Please read the following terms and conditions. By using this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
All of the content you see on the Nakoa website, including but not limited, to the Nakoa logo, headers, graphics, illustrations, texts and video clips are subject to copyright and/or other intellectual property rights, held by Nakoa or by third parties who have granted Nakoa permission to use their materials. None of the content may be used without permission from Nakoa or the owner of the content. You may blog, or share selected portions of the website provided you give credit to Nakoa clothing and source back to www.nakoaclothing.com.au.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please contact us at email@example.com to organise a return or exchange.
If you choose a refund, you will be refunded for the total amount of the item(s) you are returning.
If you have chosen an exchange, once we have receieved the item(s) we will email you through a draft order (if there is a difference in cost you will need to pay this before the exchanged item is posted to you).
You can also choose a store credit, where you will be credited for the amount of the item(s) being returned, plus the original shipping cost and your return shipping cost. In this case, we can create a draft order for you with your credit applied when you decide to use your store credit.
All returns/exchanges must meet the following requirements:
*Item(s) must be returned within 14 business days from the date of purchase
*Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
*The following items are non-returnable: Gift cards, earrings, swimwear, underwear
*To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
*Sale items are deemed final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (for another item or store credit). This includes purchases made with a store offered discount code.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for in the case of store credits as mentioned above.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Nakoa recommends customers use a trackable shipping service. If the package does not reach us safely we will be unable to complete your refund/exchange.
